How Can bipolar Disorder Along With Depression Be Treated?

Please help me figure out why I keep wanting to commit suicide and why nobody can help me have bipolar and depression and nobody can seem to help me with it I've been seeing a psychiatrist and counselors for many many years since I was probably been having problems since I was 15 and I am almost 48 years old now and I really really need help please help me

please update the list of the drugs which you have taken in past.
in resistant cases, ECT can be helpful in depressive phase of bipolar disorder.
